- To handle incoming calls, reply messages & emails
- Prepare quotations & invoices
- Purchasing of materials
- Coordinate delivery schedule
- Handling basic accounts and payments
- Follow-up on outstanding payments
- Manage staffing needs and employee adminstrative matters such as work passes renewal and applications
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Chinese to be able to liase with customers
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- 5.5 days work week
