Responsibilities:
- Process quotations, purchase orders and sales orders.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors and engineers on delivery lead time.
- Manage Customer Consignment Program.
- Work closely with customers, vendors and engineers to ensure timely deliveries to meet customers’ requirements.
- Manage, negotiate & monitor on-time deliveries to customers.
- Maintain stocks inventory and update price book.
- Maintain an effective filing system for all documents.
- Attending to enquiries from customers and business partners.
- Build and maintain a good customer relationship.
- Prepare weekly delivery report and monthly stock analysis report.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal departments on delivery/ collection.
- Handle internal/ external customer/ vendors queries.
- Cooperate with respective departments to coordinate logistics activities.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements:
- Higher NITEC or Diploma or its equivalent
- Good understanding of customer account management
- Good verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate with people at all levels
- Friendly and Customer Service Driven
- Proficiency in MS Office knowledge and ERP system Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Good interpersonal skills to engage with all levels in the Company
- Minimum 2 or 3 years of experiences in Logistics operation
