Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Process quotations, purchase orders and sales orders.
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors and engineers on delivery lead time.
  • Manage Customer Consignment Program.
  • Work closely with customers, vendors and engineers to ensure timely deliveries to meet customers’ requirements.
  • Manage, negotiate & monitor on-time deliveries to customers.
  • Maintain stocks inventory and update price book.
  • Maintain an effective filing system for all documents.
  • Attending to enquiries from customers and business partners.
  • Build and maintain a good customer relationship.
  • Prepare weekly delivery report and monthly stock analysis report.
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal departments on delivery/ collection.
  • Handle internal/ external customer/ vendors queries.
  • Cooperate with respective departments to coordinate logistics activities.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements:

  1. Higher NITEC or Diploma or its equivalent
  2. Good understanding of customer account management
  3. Good verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate with people at all levels
  4. Friendly and Customer Service Driven
  5. Proficiency in MS Office knowledge and ERP system Dynamics 365 Business Central
  6. Good interpersonal skills to engage with all levels in the Company
  7. Minimum 2 or 3 years of experiences in Logistics operation
