Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in managing and monitoring the project progress to meet contractual requirements and timely delivery of committed work-scope within agreed schedule
- Coordinate effort from internal stakeholders and ensure effective delivery of contractual commitments.
- Attend to daily tasks relating to project work of:-
- Conduct meetings with clients, external consultants, internal stakeholders from various disciplines, record meeting minutes.
- Prompt submission of documents (Engineering Design, Project Execution Plan, Schedule Progress Reports, Work Procedures, Derived Results, etc…) to clients and coordinate with internal stakeholders to address findings from these submittals.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Test as “Test Director”, working with internal subject Matter Expert (Test Commander) to explain the test process, demonstrate test performance with record of results.
- Lead and organise shipment / logistic work and ensure product is delivered according to contractual obligation.
- Identify and alert higher management of potential risk exposure;
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English.
- Minimum four (4) years of working experience from marine and offshore / heavy equipment industry / Process industries.
- Computer proficiency in MS – Office Suites - Project / Excel / MS Word / PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat & AutoCad an added advantage.
- Experience in supervisory and management or projects, people, work processes.
