Web Developer (Flexi-Work / Part-Time / Remote)

We are seeking a Web Developer with at least 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a background in both front-end and back-end development, with knowledge in building user-friendly digital platforms for content management.


Main Responsibilities:

1. Modify or Create websites using WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify.

2. Responsible for web page's UI design.

3. Web applications’ maintenance/ modification/ data support/ bug fixing.

4. Optimise website performance.

5. Implement SEO best practices.

6. Configure Google Analytics for tracking website traffic and user behaviour.

7. Implement Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel for tracking and analysis.

8. Monitor website traffic, user engagement, and other key metrics.


Key Skills:

(a) Website development

(b) Experienced with WordPress websites.

(c) Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

(d) Experienced with back-end technologies and frameworks/libraries.

(e) Experienced with content management systems (CMS).

(f) Understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.

(g) Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Figma preferred.


Requirements:

· A Diploma or Degree in Computing, IT, Software & Web Development, or a related field.

· At least 2 years of working experience in a related field or job scope.

· Strong attention to detail and good time management.

· Good team player & willingness to work with persons-with-disabilities is a must (we’re an inclusive employer).
