Responsibilities:
- Observe and ensures site compliance with all prevailing and regulations relating to Fire Safety Act.
- Conduct fire safety training for staff.
- Carry out regular building inspection and ensure non-compliance of fire safety are addressed and rectified.
- Ensure building fire evacuation routes are free from obstruction.
- Develop annual fire safety plan and ensure building fire evacuation plans are in place.
- Submit monthly fire safety reports.
- Conduct table top exercise regularly.
- Conduct fire drill exercise, fire risk assessment and incident management.
- Ensure staff and contractors comply with the safety regulations.
- Ensure all works carried out safely and/or in accordance with safety procedures.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in related fields in Facility/Property Management
- Possesses at least 7 years of working experience in relevant function
- Certified Senior FSM Certificate with SCDF
- Relevant experiences in managing commercial/ healthcare is preferred
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
- Comfortable working in project site (North East Area)
