JOB SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop & manage a compelling and engaging social media content framework & strategy for the Group’s social media platforms, as well as explore other potential platforms for greater online engagement and visibility
- Develop & manage attractive campaigns & manage promotional collaterals to boost sales, as well as drive traffic to website and social media platforms
- Monitor and collate data of all digital marketing platforms i.e. number of impressions, unique visits, number of followers, link clicks, weekly sales, etc.
- Identify digital marketing trends and market activities
- Support the maintenance & updates of all marketing & eCommerce platforms e.g. Website, Chope, Oddle, etc
- Collaborate closely with Photographer/ Graphic Designer to help develop attractive visual content for emailer campaigns and ads
- Maintain online websites & web stores for all brands, venues
- Update website copy
- Organize Quarterly Promotions meetings and action plan post-meeting
- Other related tasks as and when assigned
- Maintain, monitor, and engage in social media community discussions
- Assist with Menu changes and updates
- Other related tasks as and when assigned
