Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Purchasing Department and Accounts Department
- To handle tasks related to accounts receivable
- Prepare billing invoices and submit for e-invoice
- To monitor/ensure AR collection of payment from customers
- Updating/maintaining statement of account
- Responsible for proper filing and sorting of documents
- Renew vehicle insurance and road tax
- Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 1year of relevant working experience
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Computer literate
Working days: 5 days
