Accounts and Admin Assistant

Rasel Catering Singapore Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Purchasing Department and Accounts Department
  • To handle tasks related to accounts receivable
  • Prepare billing invoices and submit for e-invoice
  • To monitor/ensure AR collection of payment from customers
  • Updating/maintaining statement of account
  • Responsible for proper filing and sorting of documents
  • Renew vehicle insurance and road tax
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements

  • Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 1year of relevant working experience
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
  • Computer literate

Working days: 5 days

Location: Located in the West (Pandan Loop)
