- Develop comprehensive project plans detailing schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Efficiently allocate and manage resources such as personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Track and control costs to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and address issues.
- Familiar with HSE requirements.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and proposing solutions.
Qualifications/Education:
- Diploma or higher education.
- Minimum 5 years of project management or marine engine product support experience.
- Proven track record of driving projects to completion, on schedule, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
- Project management experience in Engines or Propulsion systems will be a plus.
