Job Descriptions
- Prepare import/export documentation
- Coordinate with clients and vendors for transportation arrangements
- Manage shipment schedules and progress
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations
- Maintain accurate shipment records
- Work with stakeholders on shipment status
- Implement cost-saving measures for efficiency
- Resolve shipment issues promptly
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
- Handle ad hoc/administration duties
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in Shipping Documentation.
- Experience in import/export documentation
- Experience in Trade net/Tradeweb for permit processing
- Familiarity with customs regulations
