IT Application Executive - 1st Level Desktop support for end users [3770]
Location: East, Defu Lane
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working hours : 8:30am -5:30pm
Salary : $2500 - $3000
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilites
- Assist in defining functional requirements for on-going system maintenance and future functionality.
- Provide 1st Level Desktop support for end users to trouble-shooting/resolve desktop PC/laptop problems (Software and Hardware related) and related peripherals issues (Printers, Scanners, POS, Mobile App Devices, IP/Digital Phone systems, Door Access, CCTV)
- Support for gathering, software analysis, design, development, unit testing and system integration for new projects and enhancement requests.
- To maintain and support mobile apps and websites and order portal
- Work with Application Vendor/Consultant to create and maintain design specification, documentation, and configuration.
- Work in a team to support ERP and Apps.
- Work closely with incumbent Application Vendor for enhancement and future developments.
- Perform testing and execute implementation in accordance to business operations procedures.
- Handle the project deliverables and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders and liase with external vendor to support project deliverables.
- Provide support to business operations and resolve issues during UAT testing and production roll out of projects.
- Coordinate and provide End User Training for existing application and new applications.
