Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all activities of outlets’ staff and their daily sales movement.
- Generate monthly reports and provide weekly to-date sales reports to management.
- Manage outlet’s staff attendance and work schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of pricing and sales activities.
- Ensure outlets’ items are displayed correctly and stocks balance are recorded on daily basis.
- Ensure adequate communication given to both internal staff, external customers and provide feedback.
- Attend all events/roadshows and ensure sufficient manpower is arranged to support sales and team’s performance.
Job Specification
- O level and above.
- Proven relevant work experiences in retails and sales.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal communication.
- Excellent selling skills with ability to close deals and motivate a team.
- Able to commence work immediately.
