Job Scope:
Senior / Retail Associate
- Provide friendly and efficient services to customers
- Promote and sell products to customers with polite manner
- Attending to customers’ needs and inquiries
- Receiving and checking of inventory of goods and supplies
- Handling of cash, POS system, and daily closing
- Ad hoc duties assigned
Service Crew
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
- Deliver orders to tables and ensure accuracy.
- Keep dining areas and service stations clean and tidy.
- Address customer queries and concerns politely.
- Work with fellow crew members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to company policies and food safety standards.
Retail Supervisor/ Manager
- Guiding a team of dedicated staff to achieve the company’s daily and monthly objectives
- Serve customers with great passion and good attitude in order to provide excellent services to customers
- Able to confront and settle daily operational errors and discrepancies independently
- Able to provide basic staff counselling and motivation when necessary
- Able to arrange staff effectively to complete daily operation routine
- Ability to take responsibility when Superior is away
Requirements:
