Salary: $2800 - $3200
Contract: 12 months
Working Location: Nearest to Novena MRT (might be required to travel due to the course of event)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office hours
Job Descriptions
- Assist in the planning and coordination of logistics, budget and manpower deployment for events and ceremonies.
- Support officers in ensuring visit programs are conducted smoothly through proper coordination.
- Support in engagement events/ meals to build bilateral relations with stakeholders.
- Liaising and coordinating with various units on the events and ceremonies.
- Assist in sourcing and work with vendors on procuring corporate gifts, planning events and ceremonies.
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporean need to apply.
- Degree/ Diploma in International Relations/Hospitality or equivalent field.
- Experience in event planning/ management or service industry.
