We are a 1-year old concept cafe, extension of Bakery Brera, collaborating with National Museum of Singapore to serve the seniors, dementia and the general public.
Looking for a team player, one who can work as a FT cook with a flair of culinary, understand food safety, basic cooking, making sandwiches, salad, handling bread and pastries etc. Any baking experience is a plus.
You need to do stock taking of ingredients, ordering and follow the SOP and recipes properly, be willing to learn and have keen interest on food knowledge, serving, cooking and baking.
