About the role: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software & Apps SCRUM Master to join our Global Transformation Company. As the SCRUM Master, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of software and application projects through effective collaboration and application of SCRUM methodology.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project goals, plan sprints, facilitate daily stand-up meetings, and provide guidance and support to team members. You will be responsible for removing any barriers that may impede the progress of the team and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
The ideal candidate for this position has a strong background in SCRUM methodology and experience in managing software and application development projects in the Hospital & Health Care industry. You must have exceptional leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
- Guide and support cross-functional teams in the implementation of SCRUM methodology.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define project goals, prioritize backlog items, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and remove any barriers or impediments that may prevent the team from achieving their goals.
- Monitor project progress and ensure sprints are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Act as a mentor to team members and support their professional growth and development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Certified SCRUM Master (CSM) or equivalent certification highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a SCRUM Master or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of SCRUM methodology and Agile principles.
- Strong understanding of software and application development processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the Hospital & Health Care industry is a plus.
