Responsibilities:
- Create user-centered designs, wireframes, and prototypes based on user research and business requirements
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the effective implementation of design concepts
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continually improve the user experience
- Design and maintain a consistent visual identity across all software applications and platforms
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the UI/UX space
- Assist in creating and maintaining design libraries, style guides, and design systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine user personas, user journeys, and information architecture
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX designer in the software development or healthcare industry
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
- Strong knowledge of best practices in UI/UX design and industry standards
- Solid understanding of human-computer interaction principles and user-centered design processes
- Keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders
