ONSITE JOB PROFILE
1. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
2. Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
3. Manual execution of test cases
4. Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
5. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
6. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
7. Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements and solving the bugs
REQUIRMENTS TO PERFORM THE JOB DUTIES
a) Bachelor of Engineering / Technology (B.E. / B. Tech: equivalent to BS/ Diploma) in CSE
b) Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
c) Proven work experience in software quality assurance
d) Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
e) A team player and self-starter who will work side by side with the development team
f) Identifies, communicates, and escalates issues as required
g) Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment
