Responsible for reviewing daily digitalization and production data, work closely with engineering and data analyst to improve on machine down time and productivity. Interview, selects and hire of new employees. Recommends promotions and termination of employees under his supervision with approval of Operation Manager. Assures that employees are properly trained and high discipline. Follow customer specification to produce and comply with environmental management system’s procedures.
Requirements:
· Diploma or higher or its equivalent with minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, related knowledge of Molding is required.
- 5 days work week ( 8.15am to 5.30pm)
