This is an opportunity with a freight forwarding company.
- Cold – Calling to prospective clients
- Plan and propose solutions to meet customers business objectives
- To source and secure new accounts and business.
- Establish strong customer base
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship through regular calls and customers meetings. Handle customer complaints and provide corrective actions promptly.
- Monitor and ensure prompt payments for customer receivables.
- Source and develop client referrals.
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
- Achieve set sales targets and ensure all business transactions meet P&L objectives .
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O level
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Air or Sea freight forwarding
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English communication.
- Possess own transport
