UI/UX Lead
Gprnt (pronounced “Greenprint”) is actively seeking an exceptional UI/UX lead to join our product team in Singapore. As our lead product designer, you will work closely with our senior management team to define and implement design excellence into our product. You will also work closely with engineering, commercials and marketing to ensure design supports business requirements.

Gprnt is a spin-out from the Monetary Authority of Singapore that was recently launched at the November 2023 Singapore Fintech Festival. Your Role
As a UI/UX lead at Gprnt, you are passionate about driving sustainability outcomes by designing products that customers love. You play an integral part in championing the voice of users and drive design-related decisions to closely shape the strategic roadmap for feature launches and improvements. You will work directly with product managers, business analysts and engineering to fulfil the product design requirements and goals.
Your key areas of responsibility include:
- Product Design & Vision: Translate complex ideas and concepts from Product, Engineering, and Marketing, into visually compelling designs, representing the voice of the user. Stay updated on ESG data industry trends, and best practices to enhance design strategies.
- Product Design & Execution: Generate and enhance product features by leveraging wireframes, user flows, mockups and visual prototypes. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure the successful implementation of designs and maintain design excellence across all platforms throughout the product development process.
- Design Validation & Testing: Conduct user research, interviews, facilitate small-group discussions and workshops with users to collate feedback and integrate for continuous improvements.
- Design Evangelist: Mentor other cross-functional team members and designers to infuse a culture of user-centric design thinking across the organisation.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in design or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Lead/Senior Product Designer or similar role in SaaS and/or enterprise tech products.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of effectively presenting ideas and justifying design choices.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, InVision, and other prototyping tools.
- Experienced in designing for diverse platforms, including responsive design.
- Experienced in working with cross-functional teams of Designers, Product Manager, Engineers, UX Writers to translate requirements into design.
- Deep knowledge and application of customer-centric thinking and user centered design methodologies.
- A team player attitude – ready to support the team as needed.
- Prior start-up culture and experience is highly valued.
