- Address all incoming calls regarding customer issues, particularly concerning termination requests, and convert them into opportunities for contract renewal.
- Record all incoming calls and actions taken into the system, ensuring that updates and amendments are accurately documented.
Requirements:
- Nitec in office administration or equivalent
- At least 1 year of call centre experience in banks / telcos environment.
