You will be a key member of our service delivery team, playing an important role in providing payroll outsourcing services to our clients. You will ensure compliance to regulatory updates and liaise with local statutory authority regards to local pension, insurance, tax and etc.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including data input, calculations of wages, deduction and taxes;
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related payments;
• Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements;
• Handle payroll-related inquiries from clients and provide timely and accurate responses;
• Stay updated on relevant employment legislation, tax regulations, and statutory requirements to ensure compliance;
• Prepare payroll-related reports for management, government agencies as required;
• Involve in the implementation of payroll system upgrades or enhancements;
• Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of payroll data and information.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Singapore payroll experience with strong leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Payroll software with solid hand-on experience in full spectrum of payroll processing.
• Process an analytical and inquisitive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal and ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
• Team attitude and ability to work with a variety of skillsets and autonomously.
• Detail-oriented, organized with solid time-management experience and able to work under time pressure.
