Responsibilities:
- General office management including ensuring the day-to-day smooth running of the office
- Providing supporting to partners and professional staff on adhoc matters such as includes typing/drafting and printing of documents
- Ensuring documentation are maintained in an organised and effective manner for ease of retrieving and clients records are kept up todate
- Basic accounting duties (training will be provided)
- Handle the invoicing process, issue invoices to clients, and diligently follow up on payments to ensure timely receivables
- HR responsibilities include recruitment, maintaining leave records, keeping records of laptop register, etc.
- Supervising one Admin Assistant
Requirements:
Candidates should preferably possess a Degree/ Diploma or any equivalent professional qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience
- Prior experience within a supervisor role is desirable
- A team player with strong leadership skills
