Job Descriptions
- Provide support to Head (Performance Management) in managing the appraisal, promotion and ranking of Junior Officers.
- Provide on-site staff support to various Units / Divisions’ internal ranking board meeting.
- Assist in various Ranking and Promotion (R&P) processes such as screenings, collation of data/ results and preparing of forms.
- Assist in processing the promotion eligibility of officers.
- To ensure proper, consistent and fair administration of promotions for Officers.
- To monitor promotion policies and translate and apply promotion policies when facilitating ranking at Divisions / Units.
- To ensure accurate and timely payout of merit increment, promotion increment and performance bonuses to officers
- To analyse all appeals for promotion or moderations of performance grading and provide recommendations to higher management for approval.
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporean need to apply.
- Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources, Business Management or any related field.
- Prior knowledge in HR is advantageous.
- Experience in using Microsoft Offices
