Job Description
- Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support for foreign employee
- Responsible for monthly processing and submission of payroll and reports
- Manage the training and development needs of employee and administering the full spectrum of training and course
- Handle work pass applications, renewal and cancellation including arrange for repatriation of workers
- Handle work injury compensation claim
- Maintaining of personnel records and ensure filing are up-to-date
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Min O Level/Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Admin and Human Resource Operations. Experience in Construction Industry would be an added advantage
- A team player with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation to get tasks done independently
