Marketing Communications Intern (Marcom)

Role Summary:

As a Marcom's Intern at framethefolks, you will be an integral part of our marketing and communications team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing communications, including content creation, social media management, brand strategy, and campaign development. You will work closely with our experienced team of marketers and creatives to contribute to real projects and initiatives that have a tangible impact on our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies.
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
  • Support the management of social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement analysis, and follower growth tactics.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaign concepts and promotional materials.
  • Help organize and coordinate marketing events and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Diploma/Degree program in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • A keen interest in marketing, branding, and the creative industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
