Job Description:
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
- Screening of candidates to ensure candidates are a good fit to the role.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Finding clients and fostering long-term relationships
- Understanding client requirements
- Employing recruitment methods to attract candidates
Requirements:
- Minimum degree in any related course of study
- Candidates with no experience are welcome as trainings will be provided.
- Team player and good communicator.
- Willing to learn, as we are willing to teach.
