Responsibilities:
- Direct production QC in accord with policies/objectives/plans/ budgets for business.
- Supervise Engineers & Production QC in accordance with company policies, objectives, plans and budgets for business.
- Develop resources for the implementing of quality control and assurance activities for inspection, testing and measuring of product.
- Review, analyse and appraise the performance of QAC staff.
- Ensure that QAC staff are adequately trained & competence in their role.
- Documentation of the company’s quality management system is in place, including policies, objectives, plans, organization, procedures and applicable international standards.
- Ensure of ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 and related legal & regulatory requirements are complied
- Review related objectives/ targets, and programmes for QAC Department, including aspects and impacts on company’s service and activities.
- Participate in establishment of solution for customer complaints with Production and other personnel.
- Review effectiveness of corrective actions & implement measures to prevent recurrence of non-conformities.
- Ensure that controlled document are complete, up-to-date and do not contain unauthorized alterations at QC & Production shop floor.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering field
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge in solving methodologies like FMEA, 8D
