Responsibilities:
- Implement new technologies to optimize manufacturing throughput.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct technical studies and process validations.
- Uphold safety standards and participate in Process Safety Assessments.
- Contribute to Quality Management System development.
- Support production, engineering, and warehouse improvement initiatives.
- Identify root causes, implement corrective measures, and assist in technology transfers.
- Facilitate training programs and documentation control for new equipment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintenance planning.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Chemical Manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
