- Lead Production team to drive kaizen events and continuous improvement projects.
- Plan and assign daily work schedule for technicians.
- Develop training plan for team members to meet production demands.
- Investigate and resolve production technical challenges.
- Provide equipment and production tools as needed to ensure that business continuity and manufacturing efficiencies.
- Support and work with NPD and RR to conduct manufacturing process trials and prove out.
- Maintain reliable and safe production activities while improving manufacturing efficiencies.
- Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.
- Monitor Production metric and develop continuous improvement plan through process improvement.
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
- 10+ years of experience in relevant industry is required (Oil & Gas and Manufacturing combined).
- Good understanding of LEAN Six Sigma.
- Leadership experience in managing technicians is preferred.
- Experience in assembly and testing processes is preferred.
- Experience in SAP is preferred.
- Willing to working on shift or on weekend as and when required.
