Responsibilities:
- Provide financial counselling to patients and third parties.
- Administer admission and discharge of patients.
- Bill handling including Mediclaim and deposits collection.
- Handle customers’ enquiries regarding bills.
- Coordinate admin duties as assigned with different stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare setting
- Min Diploma or degree in Hospitality / Business Administration / Accounting or any relevant field
