TOPPAN Next Tech is expanding its Security, Solutions & Services (SSS) division to enhance its business edge and pursue exciting opportunities in the market place for:

The successful candidate is to help our dedicated team to grow our portfolio and customer base. This is a technical role and the candidate is expected to be strong in communication and documentation skills.
As a Business Analyst, you will take the role in:-
- Able to understand and manage business users, helping them articulate their needs and distilling into clear and accurate requirement specifications that engineers can use to design and build solutions
- Lead discussions with stakeholders (including external, internal, partners and vendors) to understand customer business needs and requirements (Project based)
- Document requirements, analyse and formulate various specifications, including the Requirements, Design and various Interface Specifications for projects
- Identifying potential issues of the proposed Design and Solutions, highlighting possible business and operational impacts
- Communicate Design and Requirements clearly to the development and delivery team
- Participate in the Testing and Evaluation of the various Solution Releases to ensure the requirements are met
- Analyse and identify ways to overcome any issues encountered in the Solution Releases during testing and evaluation
- Identify ways to improve performance and robustness of design and solution ensuring that customer requirements are met
- Provide regular and effective progress update to the Project Manager, including risks or issues identified
- Standardise the Terminology used in various projects, ensuring that they are used consistently across the Project Team for all documentation and discussions
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent with good IT skills
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, of which minimum 1 year in Project Requirements Gathering and Specifications
- Good communication skills in gathering Requirements and it is essential to be able to ask the right questions and correctly understand the information received
- Excellent documentation and writing skills (Requirements, Design and various Use-Cases document)
- Able to quickly grasp various customer processes and mapping them to the required Requirement Workflow
- Good aptitude in understanding and analysis of problems and finding the right fixes
- Capable of making decisions to scope, prioritise Requirements and assess the viability of solutions and workflow
- Reliable, flexible, dynamic and able to adapt to all situations
- Proficient in Biometrics Devices and Robotic Systems will be a plus
