- Implement, maintain, and administer systems including Salesforce, GIS (Geographic Information Systems), SQL
Servers, and other applications hosted in an AWS environment.
-Develop, implement, and maintain APIs to facilitate seamless integration and
interoperability between various systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
-Develop and maintain system documentation and process manuals
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field:
- Experience with Salesforce Administration and Development: The ability to
manage the organization's Salesforce CRM, including configuration, workflow
management, user management, and customization using Apex, Visualforce,
and Lightning components.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud: Knowledge of cloud-based server management, cloud
security, and proficiency with various AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, RDS,
CloudWatch, etc.
- Experience with SQL Server Management: The ability to create and manage
databases, write queries, procedures, and optimize database performance
-Experience with GIS systems is not mandatory but a strong plus: Ability to implement and manage GIS including geographic data creation, map creation, and spatial analysis. Using ESRI, ARC GIS, ARCFM, and Wavepoint
-API Development: Proficiency in RESTful or SOAP APIs, understanding of JSON
and XML data formats. Experience with API development tools and platforms, as
well as API testing tools.
-Programming Skills: Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including
but not limited to, Java, Python, JavaScript, and Apex.
