Job Description:
- Leads sales, marketing, customer-service, and client relationship management teams
- Fosters and works to maintain an entrepreneurial growth culture throughout the company and across all teams and work functions
- Develop roadmap and goals for the growth of the team
- Identify & develop suitable business development opportunities
- Conducts webinars and presentations to raise the brand or product profile
- Expands the profile and reach of the company and its Brand’s
- Prepare business plans and present necessary budgets to management or clients
- Keep sales strategies, business plans and PR strategies working effectively
- Manage the execution of projects to ensure key deliverables are met
- Coordination between both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor degree (Business Administration is an added advantage)
- Relevant experience in Business Development
- Good & proven track record in partnership development
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects
- Demonstrates critical thinking
- Well-organised and detail oriented
