The Job
- Provide administrative support to the team in handling the execution of all wealth management products within deadline and maintaining the sales records.
- Ensure strict compliance with key focus on control and procedural adherence to prevent any operational error.
- Perform checks on accounts opened to ensure that they are in compliance with HSBC requirements
- Ensure that the service principles and standards are followed to achieve the service benchmark
- Resolve enquiries and provide alternative solutions to meet customers’ needs, promptly and efficiently, within reasonable timeline
- Look out for any suspicious transactions and reporting it to relevant party to reduce reputation risk
- Manage the operational risk associated with the role and take action to minimize the likelihood of operational risk occurring i.e. executing transactions accurately to prevent any error resulting with losses
- Examine exception items relating to transactions processing, system messages to prevent any internal fraud and minimizes risks
The Talent
- Preferably degree holder with experience in a retail banking environment with strong focus on customer service
- Preferably with strong experience in dealing with people
- Ability to handle difficult situations with a tact and diplomacy
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people of varying background
- Meticulous in paperwork and documentation checks.
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines
