Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, focusing on recruitment.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and recruitment efforts.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Qualifications:Possess at least a diploma in Human Resource or related field.
  • Able to speak in English and mandarin to converse with Chinese speaking colleagues.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Experience in a high-growth environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work under stress


Qualifications:

  • Possess at least a diploma in Human Resource or related field.
