Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, focusing on recruitment.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and recruitment efforts.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Qualifications:Possess at least a diploma in Human Resource or related field.
- Able to speak in English and mandarin to converse with Chinese speaking colleagues.
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience in a high-growth environment is a plus.
- Ability to work under stress
