Role 01 - Behavioral & Educational Therapists
Pay rates (Per hour) - Depending on Experience & Qualifications:
- Junior Therapist (Min. 1 year experience) : From SGD $35 per hour
- Senior Therapist (Min. 2 years experience) : From SGD $50 per hour
Role 02 - Shadow Support Teacher
Pay rates (Per hour) - Depending on experience & Qualifications:
- Junior Therapist (Min. 1 year experience) : From SGD $25 per hour
- Senior Therapist (Min. 2 years experience) : From SGD $35 per hour
Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
Location: Islandwide
Job Description:
- To develop special-needs children in their behavioural and cognitive skill sets.
- Help to prepare necessary teaching aids and props for the session
- Write IEP goals & session notes for Parents
- Travel to Parent's location for therapy sessions
Requirements:
- At least Degree in Psychology / Diploma / Under-graduate in Early Childhood related or have attained any kind of Certification related to Special Education i.e. RBT, PECS, Hanen Certification, CIA
- Have taught children in a SPED setting for at least 1-2 years
- Must have a passion for teaching and loves to interact with children
- Dedicated and Responsible
- Basic Understanding of PBS and ABA therapy
- Good communication skills
- Matured and motivated individual that seeks self-improvement.
Commitment Level:
- Weekly - At least 2 - 3 sessions per week
- Overall commitment: Min. 1 year
