Position: Administrative Support Cum Customer Service Officer
Location: Paya Lebar
Salary: Up to $2600
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist manager by keeping records of tenant inquiries and complaints.
- Aid new tenants with fitting out applications and deliveries.
- Coordinate with contractors for on-site inspections.
- Provide administrative support for weekly and monthly HQ submissions.
- Professionally handle phone calls and feedback with a positive attitude.
- Maintain an organized filing system for property documentation.
- Manage office supplies inventory and equipment maintenance records.
- Assist with general administrative tasks.
- Provide support at the Serangoon Shopping Mall Concierge when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Minimum 'O' Level qualification or relevant certificates.
- Experience in the service industry or retail shopping mall sector preferred.
- Candidates with backgrounds in Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management are advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
