Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced IT Assistant Director with a background in the healthcare industry to lead our client's IT department.
- The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of IT systems and infrastructure to support their mission and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring a high-performing team.
- Oversee the design and maintenance of secure IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology needs and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare IT regulations.
- Manage IT budgets and optimize spending.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend integration.
- Establish and maintain vendor relationships.
- Provide leadership during IT projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of IT leadership experience, with at least 2+ years in healthcare.
- Deep understanding of healthcare IT systems and regulations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and strategic skills.
