· Position: Sales Executive (Investment)
· Location: Bukit Timah
· Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,000 basic salary + ATTRACTIVE COMMISSION - GROSS Up to $30K/Month

Main Responsibilities:
· Focus on raising capital
· Building and cultivating existing investor relationships across a variety of investor types – family offices, high-net-worth investors, private banks, fund of funds, etc
· Identify potential investors and develop proper points of contact
· Initiate calls to investors and meet face-to-face to explain investment opportunities
· Initiate and support investor events (in-person and webinars) as required in close cooperation with the marketing and operations teams
· Control the prospect tracking and prioritization
· Record all interactions with investors in a customer relationship management platform
· Support the marketing team in the development of marketing materials (sales brochures, website, presentations, and letters) used in the capital-raising process
· Participate in strategic planning with senior management to set sales and financial goals
· Assist senior executives of the firm with strategic decisions and business initiatives associated with fundraising, marketing, and investor relations
Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
· Previous track record with proven success in achieving aggressive growth and revenue targets in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
· At least 5 years of sales experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Service-oriented and pro-active, with good interpersonal skills and a passion for developing strong relationships with existing clients and prospects
· Good Microsoft Office Skills (including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
