Job Overview:

  • Location: Kaki Bukit
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.
  • Monthly Base Salary: Up to SGD 2,800
  • Bonuses: Annual Wage Supplement (AWS), 13th Month Bonus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to streamline departmental operations and maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized records of procurement documents for vendors, subcontractors, service providers, and warehouse inventory.
  • Evaluate and report on the performance of approved vendors and service providers based on established criteria.
  • Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and relevant governmental regulations.
  • Execute essential supply chain processes, including issuing purchase orders and clearing shipments as necessary.
  • Manage outstanding purchase orders and delivery schedules effectively to ensure smooth procurement processes.
  • Regularly update and maintain comprehensive reports, documentation, and filing systems for easy accessibility and reference.
  • Generate and compile monthly inventory and procurement reports, offering valuable insights for decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel and SAP.
  • Familiarity with vendor sourcing practices.
