Responsibilities:
- Full spectrum of HR duties with special focus on employee relations and services.
- Coordinate and work with internal departments and external agencies with regard t-o events / projects.
- Manage budget preparation, estimation, cost control, event / project schedule, producing various proposals and planning.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures.
- Carry out duties or ad hoc projects which may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum education level of diploma in a Business-related field.
- Prior working experience in a related area would be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
