Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain stringent standards for inspection and testing procedures to ensure superior product quality.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and uphold equipment to the highest standards.
- Supervise Annual Inspections, Full Load Tests, and Brake Tests efficiently.
- Resolve client issues promptly, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Strategically plan and coordinate daily schedules and manpower allocation.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to schedule inspections and address concerns promptly.
- Provide comprehensive guidance and support to employees to ensure understanding and compliance with quality standards and procedures.
- Monitor and ensure the timely completion of inspections as per the predetermined schedule.
Entry Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the lift industry or a related field.
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Technical Certificate from an accredited Technical Institute.
