Job Info:
- Salary: Basic up to $3300 + AWS + VB
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8am-5.15pm/8.30am-5.45pm/9am-6.15pm)
- Location: Tai Seng
Job Scope:
- Utilize various communication channels including emails, phone calls, and other mediums to effectively address client concerns and resolve issues
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries from customers, collaborating closely with the operational team to facilitate order delivery
- Maintain adequate stock levels to meet customer demand
- Engage in negotiations and finalize deals, while also handling customer feedback
- Take the lead in providing operational support to sales by following up with new customers for required information and documentation
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of order fulfillment and customer service
- Process customer orders, including price quotations, stock checks, issuing Proforma invoices, and confirming shipment schedules
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product pricing and stock availability
- Coordinate with Logistics and Accounting departments to ensure seamless order shipments
- Prepare necessary documents such as Purchase Orders, Pick Lists, Invoices, and inventory checklists
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Stay updated on product information, pricing changes, and distribute sales materials to distributors as needed
