Job Details:
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Location: Serangoon
- Salary: SGD 3,000 - SGD 4,500
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative production strategies to meet our demands efficiently.
- Proactively manage material inventory to maintain seamless production flow.
- Ensure timely delivery of products by closely monitoring production timelines.
- Effectively schedule and oversee production staff to maximize productivity.
- Foster strong partnerships with internal teams and external subcontractors to optimize operations.
- Implement and refine production planning processes for enhanced efficiency and cost reduction.
Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma in Manufacturing, Production, or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum one year of experience in electronics manufacturing.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems for effective production planning.
