About the Job
You will be responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment of technical role. Develop and implement multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet business needs. Other job functions are as follow:
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Identify suitable candidates and placement completion, management of all process from identification to closure.
- Maintain a database of building talent pools for current and future engagements
- Prepare the required documentation and follow through for seamless on-boarding process.
Skills & Experiences Required
You will need min Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline with min 2 years proven excellence as a tech recruiter or in relevant position.
- Min 1 year of experience in recruiting for software engineering related roles.
