Responsibilities
Project Delivery:
- Responsible for the design and delivery of SAP technical solutions.
- Quality review of all technical requirements in projects and change requests.
- Ensure technical delivery in projects and change requests are completed on time and with no defects.
- Interacting with the project team to understand the requirements and help define solutions to address the client’s needs.
Team Management:
- Manage a global Application Managed Support outsource team to ensure that both in-house and outsource teams work efficiently together.
- Review and ensure the quality of project deliverables.
- Demo project/product release to key stakeholders
- Participate in defining technical direction and solution strategy.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure SAP development, authorization, and integration changes are timely addressed and delivered within expected SLAs.
- Ensure continuous improvements to the technology and processes through proactive review and optimization initiatives.
- Recommend and implement major improvements that have significant benefits to IT or the business.
- Participate in defining technical direction and solution strategy.
Industry Experience:
- Automobile, Banking, Chemicals/Oleo chemicals, Logistics & Telecom, High-Tech, Paper Industry, Public Sector, Service Industry, Higher Education Learning (HER).
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, or similar field or equivalent in a technical field.
- Minimum, of 16+ years of SAP Consulting experience.
- Experience in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments, including cloud services.
- Experience and knowledge in delivering projects under the Agile and Activate framework.
- Participate and be involved in all presale activities of all SAP deals.
- Document SAP processes, procedures, and plans, including changes, upgrades, and new services.
- Knowledge of SAP BASIS details.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure setup such as OS Folder setup, SICF Services, Firewall rule etc
- Expert knowledge in RFC, BAPI, iDOCs, SOAP, SFTP, PI/PO/CPI integration
- Expert knowledge of architecture standards and industry best practices in SAP development, Integration, and Portals.
