Based in Singapore, Ideal Connection is a company dealing with commercial event spaces leasing in Bus interchanges, Train stations and Shopping Malls’ environment. Our core business has been leasing to new startups, seasoned players in the banking and financial industries, educations industries and even recruitment agencies.
About the role
We are looking for someone to join our Accounts and Admin team to facilitate smooth flow of payments and coordination. We want someone who loves talking to people, and able to gel with the team well.
Responsibilities (Admin)
- Monthly vendor listings submission
- Weekly submission of access lists. (VMS will be included upon confirmation)
- Daily update of overall Sales’ charts.
- Daily monitoring of Booking Systems on booked and cancellation roadshow and to update the team on any changes, to ensure organic spaces are booked.
- Keying of Monthly Sales into Booking System.
- Ad-hoc monthly meter readings when needed.
- Any other ad-hoc admin tasks upon assigning.
Responsibilities (Accounts)
- Setting up of quotations
- Generation of Invoices on Xero and Booking System; ensure all information are accurate.
- Ensure documents are properly filed.
- Counter-checking invoice numbering in Booking system to tally with Xero’s invoice number.
Requirements
- No specific education requirements.
- Computer literate.
- Team player and customer oriented
- Passionate about event space leasing
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
- Bilingual/multi-lingual would be advantageous.
- 5 days work week. Meter readings may be required during weekend (if it falls on a weekend/PH).
