Job Info:
- Salary: $3300 - $3700 + AWS & VB
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Location: Ubi
Job Scope:
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns
- Maintenance of Product Item Attributes categorization
- Weekly analysis of Products sell-through and monthly data reports required
- Merchandising support and cross-functional collaboration on key projects
- Accountable for sales performance, pricing, inventory, buying, allocation, grouping & markdowns
- Coordinate launching plans and follow-up with the Logistics Department for smooth delivery
- To work with the Visual Merchandising on the in-store display guideline
- Provide leadership and guidance to the merchandising team
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Report efficiently to the Department Head on weekly action plans
