Responsibilities
- Utilize external consulting and recruiting agencies when required for HR tasks.
- Execute daily HR responsibilities including employee recruitment, work pass applications, payroll processing, compensation management, and employee benefits administration, adhering to regulations and timelines.
- Manage and coordinate employee schedules for activities like qualification renewals, training sessions, and health checkups.
- Ensure all HR-related functions are carried out efficiently and in compliance with guidelines.
- Assist Japanese expatriates with business trip arrangements and coordinate requests from the Japanese headquarters.
Requirements
- Min 1 - 2 years of HR related experience, preferably with exposure handling payroll
- Business (close to native) proficiency in Japanese language is needed to liaise with Japanese speaking counterparts in Japan
- Possess strong knowledge in MOM and employment regulations
